About us
We study ultrafast dynamics of electrons and phonons in solids using femtosecond optical pulses. We are currently focusing on quantum decoherence in connection with quantum-classical transitions.
われわれは、フェムト秒光パルスを用いて固体物質中の電子やフォノンの超高速ダイナミクスの研究を行なっています。最近は、量子古典転移に関連して、量子デコヒーレンスにフォーカスして研究を行なっています。

With my retirement, I closed my laboratory in the R3C building of Tokyo University of Science (former Tokyo Institute of Technology) at the end of March 2025. 3月末の退職にともない、東京科学大学（旧東京工業大学）R3C棟の研究室を閉じました。(2025 Mar 31)
